Work Description: relocation of furnace from a closet in our kitchen to utility room, added central air and all new duct work in crawl space.
Comments: Affordable Heating & Air (AH&A) did what some other contractors said "just couldn't be done". I had gotten several other quotes, some were as much as twice the cost of AH&A. They were Prompt, Friendly, Courteous and Professional. Our new equipment is quiet, very efficient and no longer in my kitchen. AH&A will definitely get my repeat business. "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND"!

Work Description: New H-VAC
Comments: Got multiple quotes for a new system. Chris called me back first and offered the lowest price. Other companies tried to lower their initial offers after they heard he came in less a 1000.00-1,500 than they did which made me feel like they were trying to rip me off. Chris had a new system installed within 24 hrs as we were on a time crunch trying to get house on market. We had to call him back 3 months later to take care of minor issues.. He was on it immediately! Pleasant,polite, punctual and best price out there (I took a lot of quotes). I also got references who spoke highly of his integrity. I recommend!!

Work Description: We just sold the property and the home inspection stated the heat coil needed to be cleaned and a duct was loose from the run in the attic.
Comments: Chris called me literally within seconds of my posting for quotes. He gave me an estimate idea over the phone, came out the next day made those repairs plus put in a new overflow tube and cleaned the outside compressor all for the price he initially quoted. He was very professional. We will definitely use his company and services again.
