Work Description: Apparently the new Thermostat that I had replaced in January went bad. The tech (Toby) checked my entire system again to be sure there was nothing else wrong and replaced it with another thermostat.
Comments: Service was excellent and Toby was very nice and professional. I do want to mention that I specifically told the original person (Shelly) when we spoke when she asked, "What time I could be home" that I could be home at 5:30 for the tech to come by. I left work early and missed another appt to be there at 5:30 and the tech did not show up until 6:55. Imagine my frustration with losing time from work when I obviously did not need to. Toby was great though, so all is well.
