Comments: Aldo was wonderful, he came in assessed the situations and gave me a recommendation that was fair and accurate. Thanks to his company, I now have air and I didn't have to break the bank, His trip fee is low compared to all the other companies I called and he wasn't focused on selling me a new unit or new equipment I didn't need. You'll be happy with the work his company does. I know I am one happy customer!

Work Description: Remove 2 ton wall hung Bard A/C, install new 15 SEER Heat Pump. Re route supply duct, Install new Air Return in Hall way. install new thermostat. check and test.

Comments: I had already recieved a few independant bids before I contacted HVAC Networx, I had even gotten pricing on purchasing the supplies and doing the installation myself. After submitting my request to HVAC Networx at 8PM I was expecting to hear back the next day. Within 15 minutes Aldo from Air Express of Tampa contacted me and set up an appointment to give an estimate for the next day. He arrived promptly, assessed my needs and recommended a unit that far exceeded the model I thought I would have to settle for due to price. The 2 stage heat pump he quoted me was far superior to the unit I had decided to "settle for" and surprisingly the price was extremely reasonable, actually less than the single stage unit I was leaning towards. Aldo is extremely knowledgeable and really knows the equipment he sells. I did my homework on both his company and the A/C unit he proposed and decided to accept his proposal. Within 2 days of accepting his proposal I had my new unit installed and working like a champ, Everything went very smoothly, his team was polite and courteous. Aldo made sure that everything was functioning properly before he left. There were no "hidden charges" I paid exactly what was on the original proposal. I could not be more pleased with the unit that was installed or the service I received from Air Express of Tampa. Having been in the construction industry myself for many years I know a little about what to expect, however I received much better than I expected. I would not hesitate to call Air Express of Tampa again should I ever need A/C service and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable price, fast courteous service, and knowledgeable professionals. I am now ready for another Florida summer thanks to Aldo and his team. Ray Jansen

Comments: i was told by my neighbor to call air express of tampa as he had gotten his unit service and got a great price afther shoping around i called and aldo came out .long story shot price waw 40% lower on a better system total out the door instal on a 16 seer bryant $ 4500.00 i also get a goverment rebate and bryant and teco afther it all done i only paid $2475.0 call them

Work Description: I requested a complete change out of my A/C (handler and compressor).

Comments: Not only did they (Aldo) change out my units quickly and economically, but went way beyond satisfaction with going the extra mile with demolition, new copper tubes, and installation of a proper running unit. I say a proper running unit, because Aldo came back the next day to replace the compressor motor-it was too loud in his opinion. I saved over a thousand dollars because I used Aldo (Air Express) instead of my so-called hook up. Thanks again guys!

Work Description: Troubleshooting of the problem revealed a very slow leak of freon at the compressor. Requested more freon, which was delivered and adjusted properly, then tested. Good, fair work.

Comments: The $150 charge hurt a little bit, but considering that it was a 10 hour turnaround time from when I sent the email to when my AC was running on a Sunday, I'll deal with it.

Work Description: Signed them on for a maintenance contract.

Comments: I’ve been through a lot of contractors before them and they were recommended by a friend. They came out on a Sunday when I contacted them for no extra charge. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
