Work Description: Contractor reviewed our AC hardware and checked its performance. Found two serious problems: low on refrigerant and clogged outside compressor cooling system. Installed additional refrigerant and helped in cleaning the compressor unit. His charge was very reasonable.

Work Description: I have Ernie clean my air conditioner and furnace biannually. As always he is reasonable, trustworthy and clean.
