Work Description: Randy and his crew from BIRR were professional, took their time to explain, gave reasonable options and helped us understand the extent of our heating issues and problem without trying to break the bank. He delivered quickly and was ready to work. We just bought our home and the seller didn't disclose a heating problem we discovered it the hard way. Randy came and not only gave us heat but made sure our family was no longer in danger of CO poisoning. I recommend him without hesitation.
