Work Description: Called because I was very dissatisfied with the service company I had called originally and was going to try a different company. I was told originally that the condensor in my heat pump was shot and I would need another one.

Comments: Jon was not only very professional, but he really knew his stuff. The other company I called said the condensor was froze up, and as it turned out it wasn't. A small part took care of the problem. I would highly recommend Cartwright.
