Work Description: Routine Furnace Cleaning

Comments: Both men who came to perform the cleaning were polite, professional, and interactive. They first introduced themselves, then discussed the work to be performed. They had no issue if the customer was at the work location or not. They began work promptly and worked continually till completion. Work site was cleaned up. The only negative was they did not first call to confirm we would be there as a firm time had not been set. This would have been an issue for them. Overall very pleased.
