Work Description: Install new Heating and AC system
Comments: "The representative had a working knowledge of all the major equipment sold in his industry. I found the installers to be friendly, pleasant and conscientious. They took special note to protect my carpet and walls (upstairs) while removing and bringing in the new equipment. They cleaned up after the installation. The representative called to make an appt in order to come back and make any necessary adjustments if needed. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the installers and the equipment. "

Comments: "Cary came by and spent 2 hours with me describing how insulation and A/C work together to make a house energy efficient. He answers all my questions and gave me a competitive quote. He quoted me a price for the A/C, and a separate price for insulation. He gave me choice to do just the insulation if I couldn't afford both projects. There was no pressure to buy anything. Cary emphasized job quality and doing it right. Customer satisfaction is their first priority. The job had a few snags but Cary took care of everything and stuck to the quoted price.His crew RIchard and Ryan worked hard and I'm satisfied with the results."
