Work Description: Water Source Heat Pump
Comments: Greg the tech called beforehand and showed up on time - no waiting and drumming my fingers like so many others. I had a "mystery short" that was very hard to diagnose because it wouldn't show up unless the faulty coil was heated up under use, but Greg's excellent sleuthing skills found the problem. Their rates were more than reasonable and Greg was glad to answer questions before and after his service call. Glad I chose them.
