Work Description: the inducer fan was clogged up had to take the hose off an unplug it

Comments: great job fixed my furnace in 5 min. he knew what the problem was in 2 min. will use again a true profesional and that is hard to find.

Work Description: furnace was shutting off prematurely. While the furnace code designated a gas valve failure, the technician realized that it was the inducer blower motor that was causing the problem

Comments: Technician discussed many things with me. I learned alot about furnace operation and failure modes.
