Work Description: Replaced gas furnace in single family residence.

Comments: Owner came out to do estimate and was the only company who explained exactly what the different efficiency units were. He beat every price quote I had been given Was told they could have been there same day, but my schedule caused me to push it to the next morning.Two man crew was at my house early the next morning and they had the job complete by lunch time. Dole stopped by during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied. We could not be happier! Thank you.

Work Description: I am purchasing a bank-owned property. Gas company required work on the furnace before they would turn on the gas.

Comments: All 3 companies responded promptly. Dole was the first to respond, therefore we setup an appt for an estimate. Provided estimate early the next day and completed work timely.

Work Description: Replenished R-22 5lbs. and only cost me $200. Very cheap compared to the others that called me.

Comments: Very good work. Not only were they the most competetive on pricing. He actually saved me money by not charging me $50 for showing up like the others. Then he threw in a free filter which are only a few bucks but he didn't have to do that, but he did. I would recommend them to anyone. Work Description: I’ve had lots of work done with them, they have done work on my rental property and my own home- completely redid my heating and cooling system, installed 4 furnaces, duct work.

Comments: Very reasonable, show up when they are supposed to, very easy to work with.

Work Description: Replacement of the fan motor.

Comments: 2 things I have a comment on. First thing they didn't check anything else out on the AC unit besides the fan motor. The one that bothers me is the quote they gave me over the phone to replace the motor did not include the $50.00 service charge. Guess I needed to ask but the other quotes did include the service charge. I did call back to the others and ask and their cost included the service charge. I could have saved $70,00 which is a lot for me at this time. I had a total knee replacement and been off of work for 6 weeks now. That is why I didn't do the work. I have been in local 36 Sheet Metal Workers for the last 37 years. Nothing was said about the service charge being extra until the work was completed. I have been at one company for 37 years which is Hopmann Cornice Company (which has been in business for 126 years) and I always include everything in the quote. Thank you for taking time to listen.
