Work Description: Condenser fan not working. Replaced multible capacitors (3) and added 6 lbs freon. Thought price was excessive, worked with Gordon, who was fair and now I am satisfied and no further action will be taken.

Comments: The company has resolved the issue, offered a $100 refund and now I am satisfied. The company seems fair and honest.
