Work Description: Clean indoor and outdoor coil, vacuum inside cabinet, vac system to 350 microns, leak test - 14 degrees subcooling, 4 degrees super heat, 93 ambient.

Work Description: Broken furnace blower motor replacement
Comments: Dean is a stand-up honest guy. He was ready to replace the motor when he saw that the heat exchanger was broken and the furnace had to be replaced. I would normaly think this was an upsell, but Dean couldn't do the install. He could have just replaced the motor and earned the money, but he put my family's safety first. Thanks Dean!
