Work Description: replace oil fired hot air furnace, burner. replace plenum, all duct work and wrap new duct work

Comments: The furnace and burner was replaced but have a difficult time changing filter because of the way it was installed, We were quoted replacing all duct work which only a small part was new and only 3/4 of it was wrapped. The job was sloppy and the customer service was terrible. At first the owner/manager offered to make changes but never did them. I did not give all one stars because at least the furnace does work.

Green Energy Mechanical Replied:
The customer had a complaint early in the process about some of the ductwork. We resolved the issues and checked with the customer before we continued with the project. I have a copy of the quote and emails that show that they were never quoted all new ductwork. Now the unit is installed and we have not received final payment. The reasons keep changing as to why they will not pay the final amount. I have pictures of the the work we did that shows that the ductwork that was quoted for is indeed wrapped and looks good. We have made numerous attempts to keep these customers happy and work with them due to the confusion about the ductwork. Thank you,
