I come from a familty who has served the public since 1960.The Hamilton Family comes from the Shippensburg,PA area and have served the public in one way or another since 1961. Harvey and Mary Lu Hamilton (my parents) Owned and operated a small General Store in Oakville Pa - which is half way between Shippensburg and Newville in North Newton Twp. In the 60's my father Harvey Hamilton also owned Hamilton Plumbing and Heating with my grandfather Harvey Sr. I started helping and going with my dad as a kid and was always interested in what he was doing. In 1975 my mother passed away suddenly and the businesses were closed but my father continued to serve the public as township supervisor until his death in 1991. In the 1980's there was a big boom in the Central Air Conditioning business....every one wanted it so I went to school to learn A/C and Heat Pumps. I attended MTA HVAC school and graduated top of the class with the Directors award. I worked for a company in the Harrisburg area until the year my father passed. In 1992 I started Hamilton's Heating and A/C in Carlisle Pa. In 2004 I moved to Washington DC to manage a large restoration project in South East DC which was largely condemned and in need of repair. When the project was completed I moved back to Shippensburg and worked for a local company as Service Manager for 5 years and decided that I didn't fit in because cusomers were just a number and not people so I decided to go back into business as Hamilton Heating and Cooling were we truely do treat each and every customer as our family just like my parents did and the way I was brought up. Which brings us to the present and we are looking forward to big things and expect we will be able to grow and continue to serve people as people. Thank You, Denny Hamilton

Work Description: Service and Numerous Repairs of a Crown boiler hot water baseboard heating system. (The had been purchased in a short-sale after being neglected for 16 - 18 months and without winterizing system.)

Comments: Nice job! Numerous burst pipes to contend with and a full service of the boiler has the system running very well. A pleasure doing business with Denny Hamilton, proprietor.

Work Description: Dennis handles all the installation and repair work for my heating and air conditioning.

Comments: Dennis does excellent work. He will even come out on a Sunday to help out with somebody. Dennis is really great to work with.
