Work Description: Discovered no freeon in system. Thermostat wired wrong. Checked complete system, cleaned, put nitrogen in to see if any leaks. Terrible install from another company that installed four years ago. Have signed on for an annual check up next year.

Comments: We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Chad Hayes and his Team. We’ve owned a duplex here in Deerfield, NH for the past 25 years, and have dealt with several contractors, including other HVAC folks. In fact a year ago one of our furnaces died on us, on the coldest day of the year and we went over two weeks without a new furnace. Unfortunately we made the mistake of hiring an HVAC contractor with the lowest bid. And although we got a great unit, little did we know all the intricacies and additional expenses that could pop up. Not to mention all the problems that could occur after the unit is installed. I only wish we had known Chad at that time. We would have saved a lot of time, money, and pain. But this time although I wanted to go with the lowest bid again, my wife insisted that we hire Chad. “She said she had a good feeling.” Turned out she was right. Out of the 8 contractors we interviewed, Chad was the only one who inspected our other furnace and pointed out some serious safety issues. If we hadn’t ended up hiring him, I’d hate to think what could have happened. What’s most interesting though, is that although Chad didn’t have the cheapest price, by the time he ended up doing the whole job and fixing the problems with our other boiler, he was about the same price for a better unit. And when we had a small issue occur a few weeks later, Chad responded immediately and took care of it at no cost. All in all it was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. I highly recommend Chad Hayes and his Team. They are the most knowledgeable and friendly contractors we’ve ever dealt with. Thanks, John & Sharron
