Work Description: A/C inop. I called Sears and set an appointment, only to discover the technician wouldn't be out until 18 Aug 11. My family and I were without A/C for a week. The thermostat was inoperative.
Comments: Kenny Garvin is knowledgeable, informative and courteous. He called to let me know he would be late because he was still working on another A/C problem. He is thorough in pinpointing the problem, and the thermostat was replaced. Robbin A. Robinson
