Work Description: Replaced condenser fan motor and run cap

Work Description: Heating- had two units down, called Number One, repaired two control boards at a very fair price
Comments: We have been using Number One even though we have home warranties on all three of our properties. They were originally called out as a second opinion to the home warranty company. They found the problem that the last company out said could not be diagnosed without having both units cleaned for $285 each. I am sure happy that I found Number One to be professional and Honest.
