Work Description: having a problem with the gas burner shutting off. Perez came to the house, looked at the problem and said he wasn't sure if he could get the parts for the repair..

Comments: My problem was that he wanted $150.00 as payment from when he left his place of business. No mention of a cost was made when he called. I gave him $75.00 and that was it. I wouldn't call him again.
