Work Description: Installed New AC System.
Comments: Pinnacle was refered to me by a friend that owns Dekonhaus Inc., a general contracting firm. It's the company he uses. They returned my call immediately and came out to estimate the cost of installing a new air conditioning system. We agreed on the price and they came the next day on time and installed the entire system in about 3 hours. They proceded to test the system. Work Description: Installed two new Furnaces, AC systems and ductwork.
Comments: Pinnacle replaced my AC unit after my house was hit by a tornado in 2008. They were also able to add a second unit , per my request, so that my would be "zoned". I have used both the heat and the AC since the install and I couldn't be happier or more comfortable. I did have one minor issue a few months after the install and I called them and Mark, their service tech, came out the same day to address the issue at no charge. Pinnacle's prices are reasonable and their service is second to none, I would recommend them to any one I know.

Comments: I highly recommend Pinnacle. They came right out and gave us a great estimate on a new air conditioning unit. They were very knowledgeable about their product and willing to take the time to inform us on what would work best for our situation. The installers were very professional and the customer service is outstanding. I wish we could have found them sooner, as our experience with another company when our furnace failed was not as pleasant!
