Work Description: Diagnosed problem and added freon.
Comments: timely call back, punctual arrival at home; explained all charges up front (and lived to them). Freon charges by the lb. with no minimum. Explained condition of system and recommended later actions that could be taken to prolong unit life. Very courteous employee.
