Comments: Gus came to check my boiler; he is professional and knows what he does and confident, quick in job as if he knew before what's wrong. Responds to phone call even after he is done. Only thing is: expensive.

Comments: Within a half hour of making the call, Gus had arrived and accessed the situation. Gus and Adrian were friendly and professional. They reinstalled a wall air conditioner that was not put in properly and leaking water into the apartment downstairs. So far all is well, no leaking water!
