Work Description: Furnace not lighting consistently..
Comments: Called withing 20 minutes after registering with the website. Stated he was in the area and could be here at noon. I called him back to find out what the initial cost would be. Was here on time. Explained what he was doing each step of the way verifying what the problem was. Took the burner apart found and corrected the problem. Checked for any other potential problems. Cleaned up when he finished. Suggested a different digital non programmable thermostat, since there was always someone here.; just turn down the temperature before going to bed at night. The furnace has worked perfectly every since. Will not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone who asked about the work done or needing work done on their equipment.

Work Description: replacement of a gravity furnace
Comments: Awesome, called back immediately after our email at 1AM. Gave clear information on our choices, had a furnace in our price range and installed immediately. Nice, very nice warenty, he explained all the workings and put his phone number on the thermostat. We plan to keep calling this company.
