Comments: These guys were amazing. They came to my house, discovered what was my real problem with my furnace and told me why it wasn't working properly. They showed me, that the flames were too high and the pilot wasn't covered for insulation. Then, they adjusted the flames to save gas cost. They didn’t have to do that but they did and to me that was very courteous. They was very honest, fast, and low cost. Now, they are my number 1 primary service provider. 12/16/2010

Work Description: Trane Heater not working
Comments: I first talked to Valntino this past Saturday morning to come look at a heater issue. My wifes brother had called another contractor into my house while I was at work. This contractor told them that my heating unit had to be replaced and was going to work up quotes for a new unit. A day later when I got a part they took off my heater so I couldn't have it worked on I called again. They were there the next day, checked my heater out and found that there was a thermal device that after 13 years went bad. They went and got the part that day and by the time I had to leave for work I had heat,and all of the problems the other contractor said were there were totally false. I would recommend them to anyone I know. On time when they say they will be there, they tell you exactly what they found and were very professional. Great Job.

Comments: My central air condiitoner decided to stop working on one of the hottest days of this summer and of course at the end of the business day at about 5PM. I did some surfing on the web to try to find a reputable HVAC repair company and came across Value Temp. I immediately noticed review after review that raved about the work Valu Temp did and affordable price. I contacted Val at Value Temp and explained my predicament and how sweltering hot the house had become. He told me he would be over in an hour and sure enough an hour later my doorbell rang. Val immediately identified the problem and replaced the part and got my AC unit working again. Not only was the job done right but the cost of the repair was reasonable. Great job Val and I would absolutely recommend his company for any HVAC repairs.

Work Description: We had an AC window unit on our second floor bedroom fail in the 101 degree heat this week. Which I couldn't get out of the wall it had been installed in.
Comments: Valentino came out for an emergency call and really saved us. He got the unit out and cleaned out so it would run again in no time. Valentino is my 'Hero' after that. I can't tell you how great it was to have someone come out in that kind of situation and to be as nice and honest as he was. Great service from a great company!

Comments: worst nightmare possible, night before July 4th and expecting 50 people for a pool party. A mouse got in my unit and shorted out my dual capacitor. All the supply houses closed for holiday, company I have contract with said could not be out until afternoon. I found VAL under this web site. Called at 805am he arrived at 9am on the button as he said. Looked at the problem, fixed it quickly and professionally for without holiday pay rates, or inflated prices.Val was VERY personable and PROFESSIONAL. I am a skeptic, but VAL made me a believer that there are still some who take pride, and HE IS ONE. I kept his cards, tipped him for his service and am having him back at later time to do duct work and maintenance. I am canceling my contract with the other company PETRO. Val is one hell of a guy

Comments: Me and my wife were both most pleased with the job. The workmanship was outstanding, they are a clean operation, were very careful not to cause any damage inside the house. I observed that they all knew what they were doing; each one had a responsibility and fulfilled it. There was a follow up call to see that we were satisfied, the air conditioning works perfectly we were glad we had it installed when we did. Regarding price, I had several estimates and the price on the quality of the unit itself was good, they were on time and really delivered.
