Work Description: Replaced the igniting piece of the furnace control board.

Comments: Technician came timely, as scheduled by J & J Refrigeration and promptly discovered the cause of the problem, went and acquired the needed part, installed it, and furnace is working well now.

Work Description: Emergency Phone call on Christmas Day!

Comments: It wasChristmas morning when our furnace went out. My husband is a handy man, but not 100% confident with furnaces. We called J&J and 7:30 AM and talked with a technician without even having to leave a message. This was our first experience with them and he told my husband what to do and it fixed our furnace problem. We will definitely call them in the future. The entire advise was FREE. Our family will still be able to enjoy Christmas at our house this afternoon thanks to J&J and my husband.
