Work Description: Heating and AC maintenance / checkup

Comments: Extremely helpful and friendly, explained the work well, but forgot to seal furnace cracks with metal tape and overcharged me for the air filters. They seem very interested in keeping the customer satisfied, however, and would probably work with me if I complained. Their service contract agreement is very price competitive, so I figure the overall costs are pretty typical.

Work Description: We called k and explained what was happening with the air conditioning unit.

Comments: We called k and c, the owner returned our phone call very quickly, we explained what was happening and his technician came out quickly fixed the issue with in an hour time frame. Their pricing was decent and quality of work was exceptional and the technician explained what he found wrong and guided us through the repair process. .
