Work Description: Cleaning and inspection of heating elements. Instruction on use of heater for continued use. Recomendent getting insurance coverage for heater because of age.

Comments: Bob was excellent, personable, and very knowledgeable of his work. Arrived earlier than scheduled but office called to ask us if it was ok and let us know he was on his way.

Comments: Sales person could not grasp the concept of difference in magnetic north and Celestial North as it pertained to alignment of a home to maximize the Sun's heat.
