Comments: I got on line about 4:30 am on a Friday., and received a call back in about 10 min. I was shocked, but Very Happy!! I spoke to Jeff, and was very reassured by him of my problem. He sent Paul out to my house around 7:30 am! Paul guided me through all my options to help me save money for my situation. NO Pressure tactics!!! Paul and I came to a decision and he called Jeff and 6 hrs later I had a whole new system and reasonalbly priced compared to other Co's. The crew: Paul, Stacy, and Sid, I have to mention they were the BEST!!. I felt like I have know them for years. Work Description: Sunday - June 21, 2009 - Fathers Day - Record breaking heat in Central Florida for several days -- My AC quit yesterday afternoon. I went on-line to search for an AC Contractor that was local, and didn't charge overtime rates -- I found Accu-Temp and called Jeff - the owner. He said he would be out right after church -- and he was. He got my ancient AC running and, with my check book in hand, I was ready to pay anything he asked. He said - "NO CHARGE" !!!, I said "Aw Come on - Let me pay you something" -- Again he refused. I asked him for a quote to replace my old AC - knowing that "Here it comes" - But Jeff gave me several options -- and he left. No Charge -- What is that ?? To make a long story short -- my AC died the next day -- and I called Jeff - He expedited the equipment and his crew and when I got home from work that evening -- the installers were just finishing -- Thank GOD !! The Installer showed me how to operate my new thermostat and that was it -- all done!!! I paid the bill - (Was cheaper then some of the competitors comparable equipment) Got the best compressor on the market today in the AC, and qualified for a tax credit on next years taxes, and made a Friend. Thank You Accu-Temp !!!!
