Comments: Dana was not that familiar with the new furnace but he continue to analyze the functioning of the furnace until he found out what was causing the problem. He remove the control board and took the time have it replaced because the control board was under factory warranty. He also installed the new thermostat. He is very professional and at the same time care about people and their problems. I highly recommend him.

Comments: Cleveland Comfort Solutions was extremely prompt, getting a technician to my home within an hour (on a Friday) from when we spoke on the phone about my furnace not working. The technician was very respectful of my home (even taking off his shoes) and was quick and efficient in finding the problem. He was knowledgeble about the unit and the parts required to fix it. Additionally, he was cheerfully willing to take the time to answer all my questions, even though some were about functions of other parts of the unit and about maintenance and care. I can't speak to the price of services, since it was efficiently handled between the company and my home warranty, and the company accepted my service fee check without any issues. Even though the problem turned out to be a small one, I was expecting a big, bothesome, weekend-ruining experience, so I was STUNNED by the prompt, effectuive and amiable service that we recieved from Cleveland Comfort Solutions, and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends.

Comments: I came home this week from work and noticed that my house was a bit cold. I realized that something was wrong when I only heard a hum when the furnace was supposed to turn on. I called this company based on a friend's referral and they came over immediately. The service tech was friendly, asked a few questions, and already had an idea of what the problem was. He was explaining the different parts of my furnace and explaining their function as he diagnosed the problem. It turns out he was right and he pulled a large dead bird out of the inducer motor! He did the job and pulled it out like a real pro. A little over an hour after I called, we fired it up and it was all solved. HIGHLY recommended!
