A 75-year-old man was found dead in his home last summer, and Glendale police believe it is a result of the extreme heat wave experienced by the region. Police say the temperature inside the man’s home was over 100 degrees and the A/C unit appeared to have been blowing hot air. Glendale, Arizona air conditioning contractors say they were never contacted by the man, though had they been, they would have responded immediately. Police recommend that residents contact Glendale Air conditioning and heating contractors to examine their units before it’s too late and make sure they are safe and working properly.
